MAXIMUM RESULTS & MAXIMUM VARIETY

Remarks Fit is our high intensity functional strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting.

Whether you’ve been training for years or you’ve just started your journey, Remarks Fit is suitable for all skill levels and all ages. All classes begin with a group warm-up and mobility work, followed by strength or skill development, and then finish with the daily WOD (Workout of the Day).

Classes can be personalised to suit any skill level, and can accommodate any injuries. If you are coming back from an injury and are looking to build back your strength and resiliency, this is the place!

Classes are led by passionate and knowledgable coaches in a group setting, with no larger than 15 members per class – to ensure focus, training, and camaraderie are at a maximum.

 

Remarks Fundamentals

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE GREAT TO START, BUT YOU HAVE TO START TO BE GREAT

Remarkables Fit offers a comprehensive beginners program designed to prepare you for our ongoing Remarks Fit classes.

Fundamentals includes a 90 minute session with one of our coaches. Here you will learn the main movement standards so that you can move safely and efficiently once you jump into classes.

In these sessions you will get introduced to Olympic lifting, and some of our scaling options for the gymnastics moves that you’ll encounter in class.

These sessions are structured with the goal to get you into group classes as soon as possible, and can be carried out at a time that suits you. On completion of the Fundamentals program you are free to join any or our Remarks Fit group class.
